By accessing or using AI Rap Video, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of the Service

AI Rap Video lets users upload photos, choose an original rap stage or a meme remake, and create short vertical AI-generated videos. Some features use free previews, credits, or paid generation options. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary to operate the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Photos, Consent, and User Content

You must own or have permission to upload every photo and file you submit. Every person shown must be an adult who has agreed to appear. Do not upload children, public figures, or another person's likeness without permission.

You retain rights in content you provide, subject to the permissions needed for us to process it. You grant us the limited permission to host, process, transform, and deliver your uploads and generated results for operating the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break applicable laws or infringe another person's rights.
• Upload content involving children, public figures, or non-consenting people.
• Create pornography, threats, hate, harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation, or malware.
• Upload or distribute music, images, or other material that you do not have the right to use.
• Circumvent credits, payment controls, generation limits, or security measures.
• Interfere with the service or use it to attack another system.

We may review, block, remove, or refuse content that violates these rules or creates a safety, legal, or operational risk.

AI Outputs

AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors or unexpected results. We do not guarantee that a result will match your request, be available at a particular time, or be suitable for every use. You are responsible for reviewing a result before sharing it.

All generated content must be treated as AI-generated. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish it and for having rights to any audio you add outside the service.

Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Paid features consume the credits shown before generation. A failed generation may return the credits used for that job according to the service's recorded status. Payment provider terms also apply to the transaction. Contact support about a payment or credit issue with the relevant account and order details.

Intellectual Property

The service, its software, branding, templates, and original materials belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. You may use your generated result subject to these Terms and the rights of any third-party material involved.

File Deletion and Availability

Uploaded photos and video files are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. We may retain account, payment, support, and security records when needed. The service may be unavailable or change without advance notice.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security risks, non-payment, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service and request account assistance through support.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI Rap Video is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
